Privacy Policy for NTR Intelligent

Welcome to NTR Intelligent. This application is developed by NTR Myanmar IT Team for internal enterprise use. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use our Mobile application.

1. Account Creation and Access

This application is designed strictly for internal use by employees of NTR Myanmar. Users cannot create their own accounts. All access credentials (username/password) are provisioned and managed by the system administrator via a web dashboard. If you believe your account details are incorrect, please contact your internal IT department.

2. Information We Collect

To provide the chat and history functionality, we collect the following types of information:

• Personal Information: We store the account details provided by your administrator, which may include your Name, Email Address, and Employee ID. This is used solely for authentication and displaying your profile in the Settings page.
• User Generated Content (Chat Data): We collect and store the questions you ask the AI chatbot. This is necessary to generate answers and to populate the "Chat History" page so you can review previous queries.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device information (e.g., operating system version) for troubleshooting and app stability purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Authentication: To log you in and ensure you have authorization to access company internal data.
• Service Provision: To process your questions regarding company products, HR policies, and meeting records.
• History Management: To save your interactions so you can view them later.

4. AI Processing and Third Parties

To provide intelligent answers, user queries may be processed by an AI model. All AI processing is done on our private servers. No data is sent to external public AI providers. We utilize OpenAI API to process your questions. Data sent to this provider is used strictly for generating responses and is not used to train public models.

5. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your information. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including secure HTTPS transmission for all chat data and secure storage for authentication credentials. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Chat history is retained to provide you with a log of your work-related queries. If you wish to delete your account or specific chat history, please contact your system administrator, as these rights are managed at the organization level.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
